NOTICE OF COUNCILMEMBER VACANCY
NOTICE is hereby given that there exists a vacancy in the office of Borough Councilmember. It is expected that the Parkside Borough Council shall fill the vacancy at its meeting to be held on April 17, 2024 by appointing a registered voter to serve the remainder of the term of office which will run until January 6, 2026.
Interested candidates wishing to be considered for appointment should forward a letter of interest and a resume to Robert J. Platt, Parkside Borough Secretary, 22 E. Elbon Road, Parkside, PA 19015, or email to Office@parksideborough.com, on or before April 1, 2024 by 2:30 P.M.
Interested candidates shall meet the following minimum qualifications.
Be a registered voter in the Borough.
Have resided in the Borough continuously for at least one year immediately prior to the individual’s appointment.
Be without any felony or misdemeanor criminal convictions.
